Not Ready To Make Nice

I have been a fan of the Dixie Chicks since their first cd "Wide Open Spaces".  This video is about how Natalie  Maines--the lead singer of the Dixie Chicks---still feels about all the hoopla that happened over her statement at a concert in the UK where say said "I'm ashamed that the president of the united states is from Texas".  President Bush was president at the time.  All the US got in an uproar where she was persecuted for saying that. She get death threats. Country radio refused to play the groups songs. Their cds were burned. 

Personally, I think everyone overreacted to the whole thing!  Considering everything that the world was going through those days.  babies being aborted, the Iraqi war, crimes being committed, etc..etc..etc..

I do like this song because it is filled with anger!
