Hey poetry peeps!
I have great news! I received a certified letter yesterday from Publish America stating that they were releasing me from the contract! I praise Jesus for taking this weight off of my shoulders! :)
I do still plan on publishing my book of poetry. God willing, I will be doing it as an e-book on www.smashwords.com . With them, there are no contracts to sign. Plus, I get a much bigger percentage of the sale price as profit. I have decided to change the title of the book to Pieces of Heaven...Pieces of Earth since it captures the idea of the book better. I have hired a friend of my wife's to design the book cover. Once that is done, I can go ahead and publish my book.

That's great news! I knew it would work out because they don't want trouble, especially if they already have a not-so-good reputation. We'll be looking forward to your ebook coming :) and I like the new title! Best of luck!

Ebooks are also a great opportunity because they have listings for people who browse on the site and they can just click it and purchase it with no problem! I can't wait to see the cover!
